EXISTENTIAL RELATIONAL GESTALT
Gestalt Practice’s simplicity is this notion of:
“what is arising in this moment now.”
Bruce Lee, posits that this is the true Existential practice because it is formed within itself entirely. There are no grafts in others thoughts or belief systems as classical Existentialism derives itself and neither does it need to prove itself in order and form. This is the individual on the “Hot Seat” as Fritz Perls would command seminarians to take their rightful seat of self discovery.
What is arising in this very moment?
This is the essence of inquiry into the Gestalt of life.
