The imagery you share opens my memory of many trips to the Anza-Borrego Desert with 3 friends that I lost in 2023, friends that I shared the spiritual and philosophical deep dive amidst the dry heat and night flood of stars during the nascency of our lives. The pain of growing, of living, of never been met in the ways that grow life and the solemn choice to say goodbye…I have felt this many times in my life…I know we have touched upon this and again condolences while not a word really so useful doesn’t measure up to this… knowing I know without words, no words needed.
